Deacon Point is located at the end of Dinning Road, Riverhead on a small headland that extends into the Rangitopuni Creek. This development consists of northeast facing sites with rural & river views with sections sizes between 600 & 800sqm.

There is an Esplanade Reserve surrounding the development which has been extensively planted with natives to enhance the rural feeling. A Riverside walkway winds through the Esplanade Reserve and will include information plaque’s providing a pocket history of the area with special attention being given to the site of the Deacon Inn, Riverhead’s first watering hole. The Recreation Reserve which is located at the tip of the development, can be accessed from the Riverside Walkway and Riverhead Point Drive and has views up the river towards the Riverhead Tavern.
